Bad owner! Cares about his bottom line. Not about community. I as manager had to deal with several dead people. I took care of the elderly and disabled in the building. I paid rent and electric out of that money. He evicted 4 people plus me on no grounds. He demanded to see my disability form , which my attorney said is under hippa rights. He is all about himself, that is according to The Housing of Urban Development. Recertification in March. Then evicted me in may 2021 , even though no evictions until July 1st 2021.
