Owner doesnt live locally so problems go unnoticed for long periods of time. Theres a manager of course but everything has to be approved by the owner first, and the owner doesnt visit to really take notice or care. I have tried numerous times to call the property manager, yet they do not answer. Owners, if you are reading this, you should be embarrassed of yourselves. These hobbies and beloved pets can bring joy to my grandmother's life at this elderly age. I cannot comprehend why so many changes have to be made. My only assumption is that these owners are aiming to sell the property or are looking for tenants who will pay a bigger rent. It seems like they are trying to force the current tenants out...more ...hide ...
