My number is in the application. I am a responsible tenant with on-time payments and I keep my house clean. My cat is well-behaved, using the litter box and not urinating anywhere else. I make $3,500 a year and bring home almost $900 per paycheck. I would be an excellent tenant to this place if given a chance. My kids don't go to school yet, but may soon due to a new relationship. Safe place to live. Being independent while having ability for social activities. Close to many local venues; library, post office, pharmacy, numerous banks all while enjoying the beautiful Rock River.
