Layla was completely unprofessional and fills her voice-mail so you cant leave a message. Very rude, underminding and the neighbors their are terrible. If you want to feel like youre under a microscope and want your packages robbed by staff their with no punishment to that staff member well you found the perfect place to live. We lived their 4 years with no issues until new staff was hired and kicked everyone out to jack up their rent. Many other neighbors complained about this too!more ...hide ...

Would give zero stars if I could. We have been living here for two years, and have had to deal with at least four managers. We have been living here for two years, and have had to deal with at least four managers. One was very helpful but she had to leave due to corporate issues and their neglect. The current one has no experience and is lacking in customer service. They have allowed a person to stay here who regularly threatens children, even with a gun, even though police reports have been filed. They do nothing. Since the Safer at Home order, the only cleaning done is a single mopping of the floors; nothing has been wiped down, and no precautions have been taken. The office is only open for emergencies, although it does not seem like anything is an emergency except for them losing the thirty-day move-out notice. Last year I never received a new lease, and they ran a credit report outside of the authorized time frame. They also increase prices which is prohibited by Wisconsin renters' rights. When you enquire, no one cares, and no one listens. The police informed us that when the building opened, they were informed that if a tenant has five run-ins with the police then they must be evicted. He also told me that the person threatening kids has had more than twenty. Your safety does not seem to be a priority here.more ...hide ...
