Weve been dealing with Mold and malfunctioning appliances for at least a year now. A Stove/oven that flash and wont keep a steady temperature(hard Not to burn meals and ruin cookware) to a clothes washer that tears our clothes. When I emailed about the mold recently, they actually suggested we move if we dont like the conditions! Brandy (manager) maliciously defamed me to the Dane county housing authority once we got them involved. I cant imagine why they deleted the review section of their FB page. We have Everything documented. Photos, videos and emails from the time we received keys to now. Should be interesting to learn how many other people theyve done this to. We pay our rent, dont trash the place, and have only been partially late with rent twice in the past 2.5 years (Thanks Covid). I could type a book, but dont have time. Im happy to answer questions though.more ...hide ...
