I love my home at Buckhorn StationThe property manager Stephanie is amazing and on top of everything Any maintenance issues are addressed immediately Property is also undergoing many upgrades and looking even better

I have lived at Buckhorn Station for over 3 years and Gorman never cared about their tenants only that they get their check on the 1st of the month Buckhorn was recently bought by Greystone and I have immediately have noticed a difference My firep I have lived at Buckhorn Station for over 3 years and Gorman never cared about their tenants only that they get their check on the 1st of the month Buckhorn was recently bought by Greystone and I have immediately have noticed a difference My fireplace has never worked and they already had 2 different maintenance people look at it and fix it Also they are replacing my bathroom floors which Gorman refused to replace even though they were stained and smelled bad when I moved in and I had to at my own expense install peel and stick tile just so I wouldnt have to touch it Enoelia and Jody have promptly answered all of my emails and have followed up with me to make sure that everything is being taken care of appropriately I can already tell that it is going to be a pleasure working with Buckhorns management in the future more ... hide ...

Ive experienced the same living at Buckhorn Station The apartments are very nice and the price is at a good rate The industrial park doesnt bother me because it is in the morningsThat being said I do have a problem with Management and Maintenance Ive experienced the same living at Buckhorn Station The apartments are very nice and the price is at a good rate The industrial park doesnt bother me because it is in the morningsThat being said I do have a problem with Management and Maintenance During this last turnover with personnel the experience has been horrible and went downhill It does take a very long time to get anything completed in the apartment And when something breaks such as thermostat oven pantry door front doorTHEY EXPECT YOU TO WAIT This is unacceptable and when youre told by office management to call the 800 because they cant do anything that day then the 800 tells you that you will have to wait until the next week and if you call back to tell you the same thing That is unacceptable Im pretty sure this is considered negligence especially if something is considered an emergency and could have lawful repercussions if the legal system was involved more ... hide ...
