The area is beautiful and I love waking up to seeing/hearing all the birds in the pond (behind my apartment). The neighbors are quiet by me - cant speak for all. The apartments are beautiful. They have wonderful accommodations like attached garages, washer / dryer hook ups, dishwashers, nice stove and fridges. The layouts are very open and they feel like spacious small homes vs tiny cramped apartments I have toured. I do wish they had a place for children to play as I see the driveway is the play area right now, but I guess if everyone knows that and is cautious it should be ok.
