This new property management company has not plowed and its already noon. My daughter and caregiver has to park on the street, because they are unable to drive up the hill into the parking lot. I inquired about a reasonable accommodation 1 1/2 months ago, and they have failed to follow up with me probably due to the fact they lost my tenant file.
