Extremely disgusted with the management of this place My father in law passed away suddenly on Jan 4th and the property manager was the first person my husband notified to let them know Sadly my husband cosigned on the lease for his dad so they were Extremely disgusted with the management of this place My father in law passed away suddenly on Jan 4th and the property manager was the first person my husband notified to let them know Sadly my husband cosigned on the lease for his dad so they were requiring 30 days notice for move out Had to squeeze an extra month of rent just because they could sorry his untimely death was 26 days before end of month The worst part we had to follow up MULTIPLE times to just get a response and find out if they would let us out of the lease Jan 31 Its Feb 24 and we finally got a response the move out date is 228 OH and the onsite manager already did final walk through and took the key on Jan 28nOverall the place itself was fine Management is AWFUL though so do yourself a favor and dont trouble yourself dealing with these people I would never live here or recommend to anyonemore ...hide ...
Interesting that this place advertises having laundry yet the washers have been broken for 6 months now and the owner refuses to fix them saying I dont have to provide washersnnIts awful to treat elderly people like this
