Boulevard Apartments has excellent living places, however their tenants bring most of the problems, there are some extremely nasty people living there whove obviously never heard of a washer and dryer, cant figure out hoBoulevard Apartments has excellent living places, however their tenants bring most of the problems, there are some extremely nasty people living there whove obviously never heard of a washer and dryer, cant figure out how to clean a bath tub, or know how to use a broom/dust pan or mop. The management does everything in their power to accommodate the residents, but the residents act like management is secretly sneaking mice & bugs in their apartments while theyre sleeping.
