I moved in in Feb 2020 and I wasnt sure how I would fit in here with the other tenants. Theresa the manager here went above her job to make me feel like I was part of the family. She has always been nice, polite and so I moved in in Feb 2020 and I wasnt sure how I would fit in here with the other tenants. Theresa the manager here went above her job to make me feel like I was part of the family. She has always been nice, polite and so helpful to everyone. She knew I was going to be having severe back surgery so she made sure I had a lower apt no stairs to climb. Theresa walks around the property several times a day making sure everything is picked up looking like a beautiful park. She makes sure everyone is ok, runs errands for people who need a hand. Theresa makes sure that everyone feels safe and if there is trouble she is right on top of it taking care of it. Theresa brought some plants from her parents to start around the buildings to help make the landscaping nice. I have had to get some help with utilities and Theresa has bent over backwards helping me get phone numbers, names to call for help which I never had before. I count myself lucky having Theresa as my property manager and a friend. Ive told others to come apply for apts here. Any maintenance once she knows about it is done asapmore ...hide ...
