I have lived here for 4 1/2 years, and it is wonderful. They have been very helpful with any type of issue I have had. The managers are hospitable, friendly, helpful, and just all around wonderful people. The neighbors aI have lived here for 4 1/2 years, and it is wonderful. They have been very helpful with any type of issue I have had. The managers are hospitable, friendly, helpful, and just all around wonderful people. The neighbors are very friendly, gathering throughout the building periodically for conversation. Prior to Covid (and hopefully again in the near future) there have been various lunches/dinners/morning coffee and donuts offered throughout the year. Since Covid, the manager and his family delivered Thanksgiving dinners to our doors! The weight room (and back staircase) are wonderful for exercise. The terrace, river view and ready access to the river walk are excellent, and there are wonderful restaurants (sit down and fast food) within walking distance.
