For a first apartment its a pretty nice layout The location isnt bad either and its nice that its close to places like a grocery store or local restaurants

Im In Love With our new apartment Its warm and comfortable The neighborhood is great and has a nearby elementary school for the kids The management is top notch Very understanding with communication I Love it a lot

My room mate and I lived here for a year Its a nice beginner location if your looking to move into Madison however there is still a few problems that I had dealt with and I think that it should be knownnn1 While I love the location and you have mult My room mate and I lived here for a year Its a nice beginner location if your looking to move into Madison however there is still a few problems that I had dealt with and I think that it should be knownnn1 While I love the location and you have multiple great areas around it has its issues Not so much with noise unless you consider all the rap music blaring at night but thats not the apartments fault as much as the cars driving byn2 I have had my car keyed twice in this area The manager had told me that they never had an issue but this can literally happen anywhere I never really talked to the neighbors so no reason to have enemies I think it was the kids that walked around at all hours of the night trying to be funny with their friendsn3 The reason why I did not give this a 5 star review was everything was great up until now We have told the management when viewing our apartment to give us 24 hour notice and they keep on trying to get around that While they have access to my email phone number and live about six steps from the place There is no reason to not give tenants a legal 24 hour notice to view the apartment I really do think this is due to the managers forgetfulness but its become quite the nonsense we have had to turn them away due to the apartment not being ready to be viewed You would think if they really wanted to get it rented out that they would give the proper notice so that its cleannnHowever overall my experience here has been great and even though I cannot continue my lease with Fitchburg Square due to moving out of state I will gladly recommend them to anyone wanting a place to start out more ... hide ...

The new manager seems to know what shes doing but the previous two managers we worked with since June seemed to not really be able to get anything done We were lied to about almost everything before we moved in and then the next manager did almost no The new manager seems to know what shes doing but the previous two managers we worked with since June seemed to not really be able to get anything done We were lied to about almost everything before we moved in and then the next manager did almost nothing to fix it The new manager here seems well beyond the previous two however we have made other arrangements at this point and will be breaking our lease after only seven monthsnnAs far as the apartment goes its okay Decent square footage for the money however it is quite outdated and poorly maintained The neighborhood is even worse as their is garbage all over and weve had three shootings since we moved in again we moved in in June We are having a baby soon and we cant raise a baby in this environment knowing that we have other options otherwise we wouldnt have a problem staying even signing another lease more ... hide ...
