Manager doesnt seem to know how to do his job, applied for apartment and I had to continually make trips back and forth several times to re do paperwork that was already done. I have even made trip out there before 4pm and doors were locked and curtains were closed, even though I was told that he would be available until 430pm Monday thru Friday. But, I have talked to matience man, whom is very helpful, and always has a smile. I have spoke to several residents of pebble ridge, and everyone has only had wonderful things to say about the matience man, and not much good to say about manager.more ...hide ...
