As a current market rate tenant shelling out more than $1500 for a unit, I feel obligated to inform any other potential tenants. ACC Management group manages the property, and apart from the assistant manager, they have been careless, irresponsible and unresponsive to tenants' issues. Recently, twelve vehicles had their windows broken and were robbed. What was the management's answer? They claimed that they weren't responsible for the wrongdoing of others. While this is true (intervening clause applies), after talking to the other residents, it appears that there have been similar occurrences in the past, and the management group merely ignored the vandalism and replied with "It happens". I sent multiple letters to the manager and regional manager, looking to start a constructive and productive dialogue that would help current and prospective tenants to feel safe and not worry if their vehicles have been burglarized again. Needless to say, I won't be renewing my lease.more ...hide ...
