The building was immediately evacuated, and the resident living in the affected apartment was taken to the hospital.May 12, 2022 I just called a resident to check on her because she is elderly and I know residents have no control over the heat or a/c.Management will not turn on the A/C until May 25th. It is supposed to be 90 all week, and continues to be hot like this.The boiler system, that this place sits on, needs to be replaced with regular cooling and heating.I just moved from HERE on MARCH 31, 2022. But I have a 2018 Jeep that I was approved for and have had for almost 6 months now so I think this place is a joke. Save your money on the applications. Nice, quiet, and well-maintained property. Maintenance is fast and responsive. They proactively maintain and upgrade the amenities on the grounds...new grills, patio furnishings, etc. Nice value for the money. Love the fNice, quiet, and well-maintained property. They will do it as a courtesy, IF you remove your outdoor furniture first.This will be the first apartment I will be sad to leave, when we decide to move.more ...hide ...
