These tenant[s] received Federal RentalAssistance for his or her apartment, at Milton Manor.Milton Housing Authority is governed and regulated by FmHa , and FederalAgencies, and by West Virginia Law and Statues.Milton Housing Authority is required to comply with all Federal Regulations andwith all State Regulations and RequirementsHowever, Milton Housing Authority and the named persons associated with ithas willfully refused to comply with these regulations and requirements as set forthto them.for Milton Manor..
