She proposed to move me to an upper unit, but there was no maintenance personnel to make it inhabitable. Consequently, I stayed in the same apartment and the sewage backed up again when I was away at work. I pressed for a move to an upper unit, but she kept putting me off until I gave her a thirty-day notice and vacated. Throughout the three months I waited for the move, I was surrounded by mold and became sick with upper respiratory infection and bronchitis. I lost my belongings in the sewage water and, as a result, I am unable to get renters insurance. Additionally, she wrote me a letter promising to return my deposit, but she did not. more ... hide ...
