She went over and beyond to make move in as stress free as possible. She has made sure everything was in good working order. She is an amazing lady to deal with and very professional at what she does. The two times Ive had an issue she has sent maintenance right over to fix the issues. The apartments are nice, quiet, and well kept.more ...hide ...

At least he was with me. I called office to say I didnt understand how to use buzzer to buzz a visitor in the main door. I ended up buying three different phones by listening to what he angrily said I needed on two different occasions. It still didnt work. I would never have called for assistance again. Everyone deserves respect. IMOI, myself, finally figured out three (3) months later what else needed done for buzzer to work in order to let a guest inside front door. The first phone would have worked fine if I had been told everything that needed done. But, I wasnt.I found my answers to questions I asked office manager ( I rarely contacted ) could change depending on the day. Was told when I moved in Emergency Exits at both ends on each floor were to only to be used in actual emergencies. I kept hearing the one near me open and close all day. The sound didnt bother me at all.It just didnt make sense to me.I called office manager and was only then told that three (3) tenants on my floor had keys to the Emergency Exit doors. She said people with BIG dogs take them in and out that way. Yet, in the lease it informs tenants no dogs over 25 lbs are permitted. She personally told me no dogs over 25 lbs. when explaining tenant restrictions at time of my application. So, WHAT big dogs? I didnt ask...Anyone could be let in through the emergency doors just by texting a tenant that they were there. Thus, I dont consider the building to be controlled access as advertised. Not at all.Maybe if all apts had doors that could not just be kicked in easily it could be considered a safe 55+ community.Ill just say even if nothing ever happened because of this additional permitted access, there is always a first time.Answers to numerous other things/ questions changed. I was only there 10 months. Hopefully, these things and others not mentioned can be remedied.Loved the tenants. Yes.Candy (former #503 )more ...hide ...
