BOLIVAR COURT APTS

I resided at Bolivar for a few years and generally, it was a great experience! The apartments are a good size for the rent, and Penny was an excellent manager! The downside of living there, however, was that my unit had multiple difficulties. I would I resided at Bolivar for a few years and generally, it was a great experience! The apartments are a good size for the rent, and Penny was an excellent manager! The downside of living there, however, was that my unit had multiple difficulties. I would often ask the two new managers (after Penny had left) to have Maintenance come and take a look, but sometimes I would wait months without any action. Additionally, pest control would occur every three months; if you were not prepared or missed a month, the new managers acted snootily, as if they were superior to you. I have also heard from other tenants in other apartments that the two managers are not living up to expectations; they would schedule inspections but never show up. This caused me a lot of stress, as I had to rearrange my schedule to fit theirs, yet it never paid off. In conclusion, the new managers are the reason why the apartments have a one-star rating; they are deficient in communication, have difficulty sticking to schedules, and seem to think they are more important than the occupants of the apartments. more ... hide ...
