Since current management took over December 2017, this place has gone downhill. There are no numbers to reach for emergencies. People have gone months without heat, hot water, etc. The dumpsters are terrible because the manager brings the trash from her personal properties here, leaving us without room to put trash in there. The grass is not upkept on a regular basis. After 5 years, warmer weather means getting out of this place!And in response to the other person, Yes they even try to scam people on HUD into paying extra with threats of eviction!!more ...hide ...
