They raised our rent half way through the lease, and I have been waiting for news about my deposit being returned for over a month. Do not rent from here or they will mess you over. Management and Maintenance at this place is a joke. The grass is halfway cut once a month if youre lucky , there is a chronic mess around the dumpsters, my air was out for over three weeks and still is. When trying to get something repaired youre always told that everyone is their own boss, no one answers to anyone, no one is responsible for anything, they all make their own schedules, management has no clue what or when maintenance does anything if they actually do which isnt very often because a couple prefer to sleep in their trucks by the entrance, and they only have two hvac guys for two or three properties. Save your nearly $700 rent.more ...hide ...
