But building and apartment problems dont get fixed quickly Before pandemic, I place work order to fix dripping shower faucet, never gotten new piece to fix it yet,(2021). I had to buy my own washers to fix dripping bathroom sink. Did get new garage disposal within last 5 years but now leaking but faucet replaced lastweek. Need work ion kitchen faucet and air leaks out freezer after replaced 1sr time. Problem with building are 1 unrealable elevator,. Every time Ive visited Charleston Arbors, it has been clean. The apartment I visit is cozy - making me want to live there (if I didnt already have a home). Person I visit had no complaints.
