Ive lived here for almost 3 years now the manager is very sweet and is always very transparent with what is expected The maintenance is a little behind sometimes but what can you expect when you live in a town with a population as small as buffalonnT Ive lived here for almost 3 years now the manager is very sweet and is always very transparent with what is expected The maintenance is a little behind sometimes but what can you expect when you live in a town with a population as small as buffalonnThe only downside to living in the middle of nowhere is the rent increases although our wages dont Whether or not its the managers fault is irrelevant to me Ive lived in crappier apartments in other towns and paid 5x the price This apartment complex is really chill extremely friendly people pet friendly and you have a great view of the mountains Highly recommend if you are a couplesingle more ... hide ...

Just want to say that the Cloud Peak Vista Apartments are not very livable to live inNot fair theyre very judgemental people and they do not take care of things when neededWhat a joke

We have lived here for over 2 years The new management is great They are always improving the property There is a playground for the kids and the bus stop is right on the corner My neighbors are great and the place is quiet

DONT MOVE IN HERE THE MANAGER PLAYS FAVORITES AND DOESNT ENFORCE THE RULES ONLY FOR INDIVIDUALS SHE DOESNT LIKE THIS IS A GOVERNMENT WELFARE COMPLEX AND THE RESIDENTS DRIVE RECKLESS SPEED PLAY LOUD MUSIC AND THE ANIMALS CAP ALL OVER THE PLACE
