i have been living here now since last october and have never been happier. the office staff is top rate and are ready to help you any way they can. the office manager is right on the ball and so is her assistant.the maii have been living here now since last october and have never been happier. the office staff is top rate and are ready to help you any way they can. the office manager is right on the ball and so is her assistant.the maint staff is really great to talk to and everyone is just so friendly. each apartment has its own hot water heater and air conditioning. they have playgrounds for the kids. sorry, no pets allowed. the rent is reasonable. just have to get past the the waiting list. well worth checking into if you are looking for a place close by.more ...hide ...

This is an income based complex!Oil fields opened back up almost 3 years ago, causing cost of living to go up, causing rent here to go up!
