The have the on working elevator for almost a year now. It started with looking for the parts, elevator will be fixed in 3 months. After the 3 months come and go, still no working elevator. After the 3 months come and go, still no working elevator. They put up another sign stated they are looking for someone to fix it. This elevator goes to the basement where their laundry facility is. Some of the tent are unable to take the stairs down and back up. On the occasions that I have been there I have heard tenants complain obout how long they have to wait for the elevator during the peak times.more ...hide ...

We have lived here for 14 years. Weve had our ups downs yet we are comfortable and feel safe. Management works and easy to communicate with. Love the its on the river.
