My transfer to the city of Las Vegas has been very difficult However my case manager D Clever is a true and I appreciate her for being diligent and efficient She has NOT slacked From me and my babies you have been great

Ive been on the housing waiting list since 2018 been working since before then still working to this day Had my appointment with a worker my file was completed and then my status went to issuedoffer been waiting over 3 months for a place AND STILL NO Ive been on the housing waiting list since 2018 been working since before then still working to this day Had my appointment with a worker my file was completed and then my status went to issuedoffer been waiting over 3 months for a place AND STILL NOTHING had to basically reapply so now Im waiting to see if Im over incomed lol I swear yall will help people who are capable of working but dont want to because they do use of the satae taken care of them But us working people who really could use the break in rent we cant even get that because yall dont wanna move This is irritating and Im bout ready to just let this housing go and continue to pay regular rent because it doesnt seem like Ill be getting a place anytime soon more ... hide ...

I had an abysmal experience with customer service; every agent I spoke with transferred me to someone else who never answered. Repeatedly, they informed me that Shawana Carrol was responsible for my case and provided her number. I called her in exces I had an abysmal experience with customer service; every agent I spoke with transferred me to someone else who never answered. Repeatedly, they informed me that Shawana Carrol was responsible for my case and provided her number. I called her in excess of 30 times over a period of a month or more, but she never picked up the phone and didn't respond to the 20 voicemails I left. What was the purpose of the voicemail if she was not going to return calls? Eventually, after I complained to her supervisor and other agents, she finally called back and had the gall to ask me why I was telling everyone about her and why I was lying to them about her. Astonishingly, instead of apologizing or expressing regret for not responding to my calls, she questioned me. The reason I let everyone know about her is because they all directed me to her in the first place. It is clear that she did not do her job. She's the worst employee of the year and I can't believe someone hired her. It's a disgrace that people in Nevada offices think they have authority and can do whatever they want.
