We have lived here a year now. As these apartments are income based our rent is affordable. The apartment is actually really big and nice as far as looks go. It has so much potential. However, after we moved in we found it is was bug infested, the previous office manager said that they new that and it has been that way. Of course when they are leasing them they keep that to themselves. The new managers/owners have promised they are going to do a full bug removal, we are still waiting. My mother is disabled and has the master bedroom, for whatever reason it is the hottest room in the house, the fan broke and they refuse to fix it. Its not a priority for a disabled person to be comfortable. I had high hopes of the new owners/office staff but so far I am still disappointed. I hope that they will live up to their promises but so far not looking good. more ... hide ...

My mother needs a place to live and stopped by Rose Park twice. Each time stood in the foyer while a woman worked in an office 20 feet away. The line of sight was very clear and, after 15 minutes, she never even looked up. She was not on the phone or otherwise busy (maybe she was deaf and blind). Needless to say did not feel welcome and left without service...twice (the first time thought maybe she was having a bad day). Later...told my mother and guess what? Crooked people! Do not go here! They make you put down a deposit on an apartment they wont even let you see until its time to sign the lease, and if you dont like what you see, they keep your deposit! Deceptive, disho nest people held my money for ransom, then used it to extort me into moving into a hell hole! See my complaint with the Better Business Bureau for my full account. People shouldnt be allowed to treat people this way, Its just plain wrong, but immoral people just lack the ability to know right from wrong, so ya kinda gotta feel sorry for them, try to forgive, and move on - a little more broke than ya were before.
