DIRTY! SLOW TO RESOLVE ISSUES! My son just moved in a newly renovated apartment. It was 2 weeks late on being ready. It wasnt ready to rent! The appliances were new, but not plugged in and the cords wouldnt even reach th e outlets. ALL THE FAUCETS WERE OFF and when we turned them on the water leaked under the cabinets. The issue was reported on walk through, the next day and today for the third time. Today is four days later. This is a picture of the bath tub when he moved in. It is supposed to be resurfaced. We will see! And the apartment smelled like smoke, broken window panes, dirty window seals, dirty doors, the list goes on. Pitiful! He asked for his money back 30 minutes after signing lease and they laughed at him and said absolutely not! May be time to seek attorneys. more ... hide ...
