I want to start by saying it is impossible to get in contact with this establishment. I applied to this place in early June 2022 and didnt hear back from them until early July 2022. When they called me to confirm my info rmation, the lady I spoke with told me that the social that I listed on the application was incorrect. They instructed me to call back and rectify the issue that day to which I did within the hour with the number that the lady I spoke with gave me to call back directly. No one answered. I called for a week straight, as well as sent emails that I got no response or confirmation to. The lady finally calls me back over a week later to tell me that there was never an issue with the social that was listen on the application, but that it was a misreading by the office staff. She then confirms that they received all the information and were performing a background check, once completed I should receive a call from the office. I gave the office a call back 4 days later being that I hadnt heard back from them regarding the background check. The lady I spoke with told me the background check did not go through yet, and when it was complete shed give me a call. We are now 5 days away from August and I still havent received an update from this office regarding the background check, or if the apartment is even still available.
