Maintenance on this place is hard to get. You can call and put in a work order and things will hardly ever get fixed. I have lived here for the past 2/3 years now and nothing has really changed except for a new l andlord. She seems a little bit more organized, not much experience but seems helpful at times or when she feels like it. Also, you will get warning notices on your vehicle if you back in once in a while. I have gotten 2 in the past 8/9 months but other vehicles that constantly back in do not get a *warning notice.* I have asked the neighbors living at this place that I know back in, if they have received any *warning notices* and they have expressed to me that they do not receive them. So at this point, I feel like I am the only one being picked on. I park away from other vehicles due to my car being constantly hit with other car doors or doubled parked. Ive made complaints about the issue and it was not solved by landlord until I decided to start parking far away from any other vehicles. It is a very nice area, a lot of shopping centers close by, which is very convenient and I would hate to have to leave this place because the landlord wants to pick on the choice of my parking. :( more ... hide ...

DO NOT RENT AN APARTMENT HERE. I rented an apartment in May & was out of there by September. They are infested with cockroaches & they have their pest control come out & they guy is there for not even 2 minutes but never kills anything seriously think he sprays something to make more come. They dont even have a manager there during business hours, they have a temporary manager who works at another apartment complex so she is hardly ever there & they hardly ever answer or call back. They let me out of my lease because of the roaches & I have proof from an allergy doctor that my son is allergic to cockroaches, I spent a month dealing with the manager & their management company all for them to tell me at the end of August that I had to submit a 30 day notice before I could get out of the lease, so I did that & had everything OUT of that apartment by SEPTEMBER 26th & turned the keys in the beginning of October (Because I was up at the Childrens Hospital with my son until then) & then got a notice in the mail that theyre charging me rent for the month of October saying my move out date was 10/22/2019 when in fact my move out date was the end of September. But when I call to confront them about this no one answers I also have proof of every phone call Ive made to them, pictures of cockroaches everywhere including my fridge, pictures that are dated with the day everything was out, copies of my 30 day notice & everything saying that I will completely be out of this complex by the end of September, even have the other tenants to confirm they saw us moved out before October.
