The Apartment building is generally poorly kept and now renovations are being done all together and abruptly. Residents are being told to stay out of their apartment units from 8am to 4pm. The people who planned this w ere extremely inconsiderate because there are residents who work and need to be able to use their apartment units. Some residents do not have other living arrangements. This place looks really nice but unfortunately no one ever responds to any inquiry I make to learn about or apply for the property. A year ago I scheduled an appointment for a tour but the agent forgot and was only able to give me brochure and write down my information before heading to another appointment. This used to be a really nice place, but in June of 2020 they changed management, while they are friendly it takes forever to get something done, they are so very slow, & the cleanup crew or person is really inconsistent , of course theyre some neighbors who dont care as much as I do about the cleanliness of the buildings & the grounds, but the grounds only get cleaned maybe once a week, inconsistent, trash breeds rodents, the buildings are kinda old, so upkeep should be a must, not just the lawns! Still waiting for someone to at least sweep out my hall, guess Ill do it again, the new office manager Morgan is pretty nice, professional, but she can do so much more ... hide ...
