BEWARE.BEWARE.BEWARE.The Absolute worst place to live..We have lived there 7 years last week and we were forced to leave by the Police department on November 16 because of violence against us by neighbors that live above us that are young gang members that have vandalized our cars several times and has chased me with guns recently and on November 15 attacked us by breaking our bedroom window out while we stood in it ,The next day we were attacked again and threats were made on our lives in front on the police so they told us to leave town for our safety.All of our possessions are still there and we cannot go back because of the threats by gang members that live there and management has done nothing but is attempting to evict us now for being a nuisance when we are the victims..I have over 100 complaints to management and over 40 police reports .Management is discriminating against us and has been for years here . more ... hide ...

I was told I was approved , even put down a $100 deposit. Only to be told that I over qualified in regards to income, The same income that I reported for my application to be approved in the first place. I was t old my deposit is refundable , but now I cant get anyone to answer my calls. I will be reporting ConAm to the BBB and the housing Authority. Whatever it takes for them to not do this to anyone else. I passed on another rental property and had to scramble to find a place because of the poor and misleading process they use to find tenants. more ... hide ...
