Property management has gone down the drain in the last couple years with the more recent property manager. Constant harassment towards tenants whether its regarding parking (even though visitor parking is not marked ), bicycle placement, locking community restrooms so tenants are no longer able to utilize, eviction of elderly tenants due to hearsay among other things. The property manager does not care about the people who reside at this property. Carpets are not maintained. Do not send your loved ones there to live or theyll be constantly picked at and even possibly evicted. more ... hide ...

The absolute worst place to rent in Beatrice. Terrible manager. No maintenance person on site for repairs. People smoke marijuana there. Nothing is done about it. There was an assault there 2 weeks ago by one of the resi dents who is now in jail. Residents complaining about the smoke,& marijuana smell in the hallways. Doesnt do any good to complain as the manager doesnt care. She23rd only has her 3 favorite people there to sit in her office & talk about all of the other residents. She rented to a lady there who is a very nice person. The manager refers to her as \"crazy lady\". Very cruel, mean thing to say. Do not rent there. more ... hide ...

Worst place I have lived. People play loud music inside and outside in the parking lot extremely late at night. You can hear things being thrown throughout other apartments. (super thin walls, the building transmits ever y noise. You can hear every conversation being made. You can hear when someone is watching tv.) Every apartment has carpeted flooring, but since no one takes management seriously, if the people living there dont like you, they will STOMP and THROW things everywhere until you are forced to leave. I am happy that I moved out of that horrible place. There are multiple reasons why there are always rooms for rent. Do yourself a favor and stay away. more ... hide ...
