This is an extremely easy apartment complex to get into so there is definitely going to be some cons.1. No parking in front of your apartment (youll have to park in the \"visitor parking\" cause your neighbors are very i nconsiderate of others who live in the building)2. No central air (high power bill)3. Apartment is poorly insulated4. When they say the apartment is updated they mean they painted over everything in a cream color paint (cabinet, hood range, ceiling fans ect)5. Closet doors are poorly installed theyll keep falling off the track6. Youll end up getting locked into your bedroom cause the door nob they installed is cheap.7. Water, trash, and sewer isnt included in the rent Youll pay an additional $50+ a month8. You dont have washer or dryer hook ups9. They dont plow the snow. Itll be a sheet of ice ( hope you have medical insurance for when you fall)10. If you have packages coming from the post office they will not be delivered (post office is only open Monday-Friday 8am-5pm)11. If you want a relaxing time next to the pool without kids screaming this isnt the place for you12. Pet deposit is $35013. Most of the outlets run off one light switchMy recommendation would be dont try living here unless its your last resort it is over priced for what you get more ... hide ...

If youre okay with spider infestations, moldy windows, and insufficient heating/air conditioning, this is your place! Also, dont expect to get your full deposit back. I asked to have a walk through once we deep c leaned the apartment (cleaner than when we moved in), but was told they forgot, but we would get everything back because it was so spotless (other than the mandatory carpet cleaning, which was already discussed). However, we were still charged a cleaning fee and then told it was required for every unit, even though we were told the only charge would be for carpet cleaning. Matty was great until one of the times I spoke to her about the insect issue and she opened up Snapchat while I spoke and said were by the river. There will be bugs.The location is beautiful, and they did spray our apartment after I found sacks of spider eggs under all my cabinets, so I do have to give kudos to that! But the apartments are dreary and are not worth it, in my opinion. more ... hide ...

I have been living at Northwest Pointe Apartments for two years. Since Colene became the property manager I have seen a big changes for the better. I am a senior citizen who is disabled. Colene has been the most caring woman in getting things done and making my apartment more wheelchair accessible. I am so grateful.Sam has recently become the maintenance man at Northwest.
