Maintenance is great and current management has been good so far. HOWEV ER, this is also the 3rd set of management. Community pretty much keeps to themselves and average age around the 25 to 45 mark. Pet friendly, pool is great and workout area passes. Insects are always an issue, as it is built next to the woods, but they keep on top of itNow the bad. The property is old. It is 30+ years old and its rapidly starting to show. The main issue is that the owners (Brookside properties) are a bunch cheapskates and would rather put a band-aid on issues instead of actually fixing them. Their online portal is hot garbage and good luck trying to actually get through to them on the phone, literally a coin toss if they actually pick-up.Closing thoughts, it is an average property so dont set your expectations too high. more ... hide ...
