I am new to the Brownfield area and looking for a place to call my own. My first stop was at Avalon Park Apartments and the manager there, Tasha, was super friendly and made feel at home. She answered all my questions a nd gave me tour of her property. I loved the welcoming feeling I got when I first walked into the office. I was looking for a 3 bedroom and unfortunately she does not have a 3 bedroom available, but she did let me fill out an application and put me on a waiting list for a 3 bedroom. I do know that Avalon Park is a place I would love to call home and as soon as a 3 bedroom is available for me I will be going back and hopefully making Avalon my new home.
