When Jerry and Sue left it became in personal and Criminal. I live there 5 years called the police on people a few times to help with safety around there. when I moved out they tried to charge me three hundred bucks for putting stuff in the dumpster. Discharge was not in the lease. And when we left they tried to charge us $1,600 for damages we live there 5 years and they tried to charge us for painting the rooms the grease traps on the stove trying to steal our $900 deposit and had some more on I would not recommend this place to anyone more ... hide ...

Residents are targeted and bullied by the management based on heresay from residents. Bullying by residents to each other is ignored by management. Other residents can get away with having non-approved family members in their homes for unspecified periods of time, one of whom is still there, though her daughter had her baby in the hallway! Masks are not required, sanitizing is rarely done. Management engages in favoritism with some residents and breaks the rules for others.
