Tried to go tour with my realtor today and called ahead. The office admin informed us that it was their lunch break, were very terse when my realtor when he asked some follow up questions, and then HUNG UP while he was s peaking and didnt even say goodbye!!! Shocked by how bad their customer service was? Glad to find out now before wasting anymore of my time!Edit: I appreciate the reply and apology for management. I recommend they talk with the staff working on Friday 6/10 at their lunchtime. more ... hide ...

Horrible place to reside. Property Management extremely unprofessional, property Management favors certain residents.Resident of Chantilly Mews is permitted to keep dwelling on the property after man is arrested for main taing loaded weapons including guns found in dwelling unit.Horrible place to live! Hello, I have had a great experience with the management Staff Nicole and Cecile they both respond in a timely manner as well as both are very friendly and helpful. Especially, Nicole she mainly handled my complicated m ove. Thank you, Both for all of your support, patience and answering all of my endless questions.I also would like to say Thank you, too the Maintenance Staff they all have been great, respectful, helpful and friendly, even though they are busy. Especially, Juan he has gone above and beyond to help and does it with a smile.The only reason I gave a 4 star rating is that I was hoping to get a larger unit with storage options. It had nothing to do with the staff.I am very grateful and appreciative to have management and Staff that are Respectful, Patient, Friendly and Helpful, it sure makes moving a lot easier, because it is traumatic enough.Thank you, and God Bless you All!From a new Renter. more ... hide ...
