Not a bad place. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Its not far from the university and right behind the high school. Its nice that many of families live there. Low income families and students really benefit from living here. They have 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom units. The waitlist is long. Ive lived here going on 11 years. Ive lived under two managers and custodians. Loved them all. They have gone out of their way when I was sick.During the 60s and 70s my wife and I managed 270 units.
