I have never met such incompetent being in my life, total disregard for tenants needs at Barclay apartments in chevy chase MD. in the past two & half years at least the management has been changing every six month and it appears no one seem to know how to manage a few small buildings. from simple as collecting and depositing rent money on timely manor to scheduling maintenance, perhaps even more irritating the absence of communication skills is there for everyone to see. where they get this airhead idiots is beyond me. more ... hide ...
