Renter Beware!! I have lived here at the Ravenwood Apartments since 2006.It use to be a decent place to live, but not anymore. Ive had to call the Board Of Health for not having hot water two months in a row. It now tak es a while to run the water before you can get it warm. Hot water should be hot not lukewarm . Now this month there is no heat for the second day. Management does not respond to calls or text messages. When you wait and dial 3 for the emergency line you get a generic message from the so called emergency hot line. This gets double THUMBS DOWN as far as thinking about moving here. THe front door is embarrassing, as it it has been broke for three months now, there were plastic bags stuck in there to keep it from flying back, but now they are gone and it swings open and hits the iron railing. I can not in good conscience recommend anyone to move in these apartments. I give one star only because it wont post a blake star. more ... hide ...

Horrible my kids. Cant be kids no ridind bikes. No barbecue. Tow ur car. U only allowed one car feel like a jail cause police harass u pull u over by suspicions. I cant wait to move its only been a year im ready to go

My husband and I used to live there at what used to be a very nice place. Jim Caulkins (Lee Iacocca he helped build the FORD MUSTANG) Lees nephew owned the place when we lived there. My husband and went to some our our favorite places we use to live. Western Hills, first stop West Wood Apartments.First the place is changed so much for the bad. I dont understand the HUGE ROUND EVERYWHERE in the parking lot, I could not count the potholes there where so many, it looks like that its intentionally done, perfectly round. SPEED LIMIT TWO MILES AND HOUR, the only safe place to drive was parking spaces.Driving up the hill to get to the apartment trash is everywhere the place is really ran down. What a shame the olympic sized pool has been filled in with dirt, so many memories in that pool. Maybe HUD HOUSING now? Not a parking spot to be had on a Saturday? From what I seen Hispanics are the majority there. more ... hide ...
