This is the worst place in the history of worst places. I came here in need of a place to call home! When you walk in everything is indeed renovated but its what is behind the walls that gets you once you are moved i n. I live on the first floor and this place is roach infested, Nats fly around. All types of other bugs get into my house. I have only been here 6 months and I am getting ready to leave this place. You really do get what you pay for. Do not let the specials and the renovations bring you to the place. This is not a place to call home. I have a 1 year old son. He is constantly sick. And not to mention now I just discovered I have mold growing on my shoes in my closet. This place is unprofessional. Its hood and it doesnt not belong on this side of Cascade. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I have reached out to corporate no response. I have been complaining to the leasing office since I moved in. Air conditioning has leaked bad 3 times I have been in here in 6 months. I hate to even cook in my kitchen because of roaches. I am barely at home. The only reason why I continue to pay rent is because I have a son that needs A home. I will be moving at the end of the month and I am so happy to be moving out of this dump.
