Not bad place to live butt wouldnt recommend due to small hot water tanks that run out in 5 minutes. Cant wash hair and body in same shower.

My Husband and I moved here in 4-2018. This was the First of 5 complexs we were going to look at few months be for we needed to move.We love the location. No matter which direction you go you find a grocery store or/& Pharmacy & fast food places.Price to Rent is very reasonable.The Electric can be very costly. But, you control that. Since, heater is Electric and if you ran a/c . You ran your Electric up.Yes there are a few little issues to be address. But, no where is 100% free of issues.Management and Maintenance has ALWAYS helped me with my considers.Fast to Respond for a Emergency.Its quiet for the most part. But, during Weekends. Exspeacial in Summer. It can get very loud.But, nothing cant handle.So, if your Looking for very peaceful complex. My suggestion is-- move to a complex where No Kids Aloud or a 55 yrs old plus- complex.Down side--The play ground is set up for tots and 6yr olds.Not enough picnic tables in rhe back yard grounds. May 2 more picnic tables, would be nice.No place to sit out front while waiting for a ride, or to just enjoy the day.My husband and I will Call--Pine Valley Court Apartments our home till our Rent goes to high where we are forced to Move.Hope this HELP.This is Only my Experiences here at this Complex. more ... hide ...
