I would give it a zero. The Roaches are aweful thank god my lease is up in April. They do not want to get up and let the pest control handle there business as I was told at move in they have it every month. ! This is flo or I just had cleaned that was never cleaned and tile is messed up and have told by written notes.169.00 tot get the floors cleaned!The worst. When I move all the electronics I purchased will stay because thats where roachesJuly 20, 2022Now my AC has been broke and is still not replaced or fixed¤¤¥Liars if I could take that star away I would!!!!¤Friday the 22nd. NOT WORTH IT! IF I COULD GIVE THEM NO STARS I WOULD. The management team is extremely rude when you ask them to come fix things. The walls are paper thin, you can hear you can hear everyone. Only stayed here because i ha d to, if i would have known this I wouldnt have stayed here. Its not really worth the cheap rates, they go up $50 every year. I hear that from my neighbors and before it was time for me to move out they raised my rent. more ... hide ...

This apartment complex seems to always be full and apartments do not stay vacant very long here since New Management and new owners theyve remodeled the units and the grounds are clean light bulbs are maintained out on t he property to give good lighting at night time yeah about the only thing that I can say is property manager needs help with a couple of more maintenance people to be able to address maintenance issues a little bit more efficiently other than that they stay packed and people dont leave very quickly nice place to rent quiet clean friendly reasonable the true meaning of affordable more ... hide ...
