This was where my mom lived for three years. Her apartment was nice. It was in good condition. There was no issue withmy mom making noise but grandchildren or great grandchildren are going to annoy neighbors even if t hey arent being loud.The down sides of this complex are that you will hear the neighbors if you are on the lower floors. The rent goes up more than it should. There were a couple repairs that were necessary. They were completed in a .timely manner. The only thing they wouldnt fix was the dishwasher that had a terrible mold problem.We got back the entire deposit when sheoved out. No charges for wear and tear or damage. more ... hide ...

They have an ant problem here. And they want to raise the rent already and we havent been here a year.
