Apartments are great & well-maintained. I could have lived there the rest of my life if there had been better sound barriers between the apartments. You can hear everything & I mean EVERYTHING with an upstairs neighbor & across the breezeway. Granted there will always be some noise with apartments but the lack of better sound barriers & some of the loud, inconsiderate tenants there is what ruins the place. And management (past & present) is great but can only do so much in these type of circumstances. more ... hide ...

If someone had asked me to write a review 9 months ago for Hampton Creek it would have been a 1 star review. Eli hasnt been the leasing manager for very long but you can tell the the changes she is making helps our l ittle community. She has been working around to clock to make sure all of our plumbing needs are being met. She worked all the winter on the pool to ensure it was ready for her residents come summer time! She also cleaned up the rec court putting in new lighting, hoop net, and tether ball area! Eli and her staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful with what ever problem arises! more ... hide ...
