When I first moved into this apartment community it was great for the price and my situation but the past two years HAVE BEEN THE ABSOLUTE WORSE! I do not receive the repairs that I request. The maintenance guy does not complete the requested repairs and forgets to come back to complete what he says. We have activity in the attic as well as a dead rodent/animal smell and no one seems to care. I was told that someone would come out or either they tell me what I want to hear. The lack of communication between these individuals have not been made clear in my opinion. A second opinion would be wonderful when your tenant tells you that they are still experiencing smells and sounds. If you should live at this complex be aware of #328. more ... hide ...

Its a horrible place to live, poorly manage. I requested a emergency service because my sink its clogged and the water will not go down and I never got an answer, I called and spoke with Dakota and kindly asked h er to fix it because I can cook or do dishes. She said the that is not an emergency and they will not fix it until Tuesday because Monday its a holiday. So this means that I will not be able to cook it do dishes and fit my daughter for 4 days. I Pay my rent always on time and they never do things in time, the dumpsters its always full of garbage to the point that people have live their trash on the sidewalk. Its cheap to pay $1,800 monthly for them not to consider an emergency a clogged sink when you have a small child that you have to take care of more ... hide ...

roaches here!! This has been an ongoing issue for months. I have called the office multiple times and rarely get a call back or anyone to answer. Denisha Butler, the property manager, is aware of our neighbors having roa ches and that they have spread through our building and she has done NOTHING about it but threaten people with eviction.
