I lived at Emies for 3 years & honestly the whole experience was a breeze. Any concerns I had were always addressed in a timely manner. I never really needed to call them to fix anything but the times I did, the work was completed within a day or 2. A lot of the kids in the complex know the property manager, she keeps little goodies in her office for them. People complain about her because she enforces the rules, in which a lot of them are a common courtesy. Throw your trash INSIDE in dumpster, watch YOUR kids, no smoking inside. Sita & the maintenance workers were always pleasant in any interaction Ive had with them. I moved a few months ago & received my security deposit shortly after. I been living here for three years now and nothing was new at the initial move in date. This property is over thirty years of age and has bad floors, pipes, a garbage disposal that cannot be used and not outside doorbell s, or updated electrical wiring. It was owned by Homz Management who sold it to the Trinity group and now it still is basically the same. this is section-8 based means 30% of your adjustable gross monthly income is used to determine your rent. You cannot remove or take the section -8 with you if you should move out of the apartment complex. this is not a space specifically designed for children as there is not enough play area for children of all ages. they expect you to fix everything that breaks like this property belongs to you.
