UPDATE:We have been gone since September 2021 and they are still trying to charge us for utilities and damages when we paid for utilities and the entire unit was remodeled. We paid utilities with our last rent and then p aid $134.61 on September 3, 2021 and it even states FINAL water, trash, gas, and electric so why are we being charged another $150 in utilities?? No one will answer or respond to my email about trying to scam us out of more money. We left that apartment in better shape than when we moved in. It was full of ants, wasps, hair and grime when we moved in. They also still owe us $350 refundable pet deposit and was told we would receive that 14 days after we moved out. We want our money back! Literally the WORST place Ive ever loved. I have NEVER felt so unsafe and gross living somewhere.If you feel like putting yourself and your family in danger by the constant shootings here then move right on in. Also the fire alarms are constantly going off at all hours of the night, the broken doors that never get fixed, the overflowing trash, the poor communication from the office staff, the problems just go on. \"Luxury\" apartments with a side of nigshootings.
